🎭 Photo, Video & Name Release

I grant permission for photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of me to be used by Electric City Voice Studio (ECVS) and Pioneer Performing Arts Center (PPAC), including their respective programs, productions, and events, for lawful promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.

These uses may include, but are not limited to:

• print materials

• websites

• social media

• advertising and promotional materials

• presentations and digital media

I understand that these materials may be used without further notice or approval, and that no compensation will be provided for such use.

I grant permission for the use of the participant’s first name and, where appropriate, last name or last initial in connection with such materials.

I understand that no sensitive personal information will be shared.
