Program Tuition: $325 

Program tuition includes rehearsals, vocal/theater instruction, production materials, licensing, and participation in all four scheduled performances.

🎭 Role Acceptance

We are excited to welcome your child to the cast of Legally Blonde Jr.!


Please accept a role only if your family is prepared to commit to the full rehearsal and performance schedule. 


If acceptance is not received by the stated deadline, the role(s) may be reassigned. 

🎟️ Payment

Full tuition payment of $325 is due within five (5) business days (Wednesday, April 29 at 11:59 PM) of receiving this offer in order to secure participation in the program. 


Participation is considered confirmed once payment has been received.


💻 Online Credit/Debit Card: A secure payment link will be provided for those who prefer to pay by card. 


📱 Venmo Business: Families who prefer to pay via Venmo may submit payment to our business account using the student’s name in the payment notes. 


📬 Check: Checks may be dropped off or submitted by arrangement. Please make checks payable to Electric City Voice Studio.  


If payment is not received by the stated deadline, the role may be reassigned.

🔁 Refund & Withdrawal Policy 

Tuition becomes non-refundable once payment has been received and participation has been confirmed. 


No refunds will be issued for missed rehearsals, voluntary withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, dismissal, illness, vacation, or choosing not to continue participation. 


Students dismissed due to attendance concerns, behavioral issues, or policy violations are not eligible for any refund. 

📅 Attendance Expectations 

Students are expected to attend all rehearsals and performances: 


Rehearsals:


June 11 – 26, 2026 


Monday – Friday 


9:00 AM – 2:00 PM 


Performances:


  • Friday, June 26 at 7PM

  • Saturday, June 27 at 2PM & 7PM

  • Sunday, June 28 at 2PM


Students must also attend all scheduled performances during the final weekend. 


Consistent attendance is essential to the success of the production. Excessive absences or undisclosed conflicts may affect casting, staging, featured responsibilities, or continued participation. 

🌟 Behavior & Conduct Expectations 

All participants are expected to contribute to a safe, respectful, and positive rehearsal environment. 


Students are expected to: 

  • Treat directors, staff, and fellow cast members with kindness and respect 

  • Follow instructions promptly 

  • Demonstrate teamwork and professionalism 

  • Use appropriate language and behavior 

  • Remain focused and engaged during rehearsals 

  • Care for studio/property spaces and materials 

  • Support all cast members, regardless of role 


Bullying, repeated disruption, unsafe behavior, disrespect, harassment, or refusal to follow expectations may result in parent contact, removal from rehearsal, reassignment of responsibilities, or dismissal from the program.

 

No refunds will be issued in the event of dismissal due to behavioral or conduct concerns. 

 🎭 Memorization (“Off Book”) Policy 

Due to the short rehearsal process, students are expected to be substantially memorized by June 17, 2026, and fully performance-ready shortly thereafter. 


This includes: 

  • Lines memorized 

  • Lyrics memorized 

  • Blocking and choreography actively learned 


Students who are not adequately prepared may require adjustments to lines, staging, or featured responsibilities in order to maintain rehearsal progress. 


Independent practice at home is expected. 

📷 Photo / Video Release 

Electric City Voice Studio may photograph or record rehearsals, performances, and related program activities for promotional, educational, archival, or marketing purposes, including website, print, and social media use. 


I grant permission for my child’s image, voice, and likeness to be used for these purposes without compensation, reimbursement, or additional approval. 

⚠️ Emergency Care Authorization 

In the event of illness or injury, I authorize Electric City Voice Studio staff to attempt to contact me immediately and, if I cannot be reached, to seek appropriate emergency medical assistance for my child. I understand that all medical costs, treatment decisions, and related expenses remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian, and I release Electric City Voice Studio and its staff from liability except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, to the extent permitted by law.

We are thrilled to welcome you to this exciting cast of talented young performers for what promises to be a fun, high-energy, and unforgettable theatre experience.

This June 11 -28, students will rehearse, grow, build confidence, make friendships, and bring this full musical production to life—culminating in four live performances during the final weekend (June 26, 27 & 28).

To officially accept your role and secure participation, please complete the registration form and tuition payment by Wednesday, April 29 at 11:59 PM.
